Jet Airways is being taken to the National Company Law Tribunal by its operational creditors. This is the second time this action has been taken as the no Jet representatives showed up on the first date. The airline owes the creditors a combine ₹6.53 crores.

Kumar discussed the amended stressed asset resolution structure published by the Reserve Bank on 7 June and stated that all the accounts referred to by the NCLT under RBI’s guidance of 12 February will need reconsideration.
